I Almost Turned Around!...If I didnt Film this, No One Would Believe Me!

I set out to explore the desert near Southeast Utah in search of ancient petroglyphs… but the day quickly turned into something much BIGGER. To reach the area, I first had to descend the infamous Moki Dugway — a winding gravel road carved into towering cliffs with sheer drop-offs and some of the most dramatic views in Utah. Along the way, I share the history of this legendary road and what makes the drive both terrifying and unforgettable. Once at the bottom, I stumbled across a strange mesa formation where massive blocks of sandstone look almost perfectly cut, as if engineered rather than formed by nature. After exploring that, I continued deeper into Desert hoping to find rock art… Instead, my drone revealed something unexpected — countless Ancestral Puebloan ruins hidden high in canyon alcoves, places most travelers pass right by without ever knowing they’re there.
