So when I decided to get back on track, I had to find a way to not completely eliminate it but also feel good about eating it. Enter… chocolate “nice” cream shake! There are only 5 ingredients (if you count ice cubes as an ingredient): Unsweetened almond milk, unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla extract, frozen bananas and ice cubes.
