So I made it with brown sugar in the chapssal pie dough, and it was really delicious! I added injeolmi crumbles to it for a rich flavor, and this combination went really well together, so I quickly filmed it and edited it. 😊 This is really delicious when you eat it right after baking it, or when it's hot after it cools down. 👍 The outside is crispy! And the brown sugar inside melts and becomes moist like honey, so it's so moist and chewy. 😊 I added finely chopped walnuts to the dough to balance the sweetness and add a rich flavor. It's definitely moister and chewier when you make it with wet glutinous rice flour. Sugar 60g Salt (wet If the glutinous rice flour contains salt, omit it) 30g of melted unsalted butter 40g of chopped walnuts ◼ Storage method ◼ Store at room temperature and eat within 2 days.
