One of the biggest corrections I make at every one of my overnight throws camps is how throwers hold the shot and place it against their neck. Oftentimes a highly skilled and decorated state level thrower will show up and admit that they have NEVER been taught how to hold the shot properly or how to put it up against their neck properly.
