BMW 335d DIESEL | SCR Delete For FREE! | Part 2 | DPF Delete & TUNE Tutorial | E90 M57 | ABC DELETE

In this Part 2 video of my BMW 335d build, I take you through the complete SCR delete process and finish up the project with a Stage 2 tune and full exhaust reassembly. I start by cutting along the welds of the SCR system to open it up and expose the internal catalyst. With careful cuts, the catalyst comes out in one solid chunk. After removal, I weld the SCR housing back together to keep it looking factory and untouched. Next, I move on to installing my DUDMD Stage 2 tune. This process is normally straightforward, but I ran into an issue with my OBD2 port due to a pin problem. I show you how to remove the OBD2 connector and fix the pins from the back side so you can get back to flashing without frustration. With the pin issue resolved, I successfully flash the Stage 2 tune. From there, some friends come by to help with the final touches — installing the new downpipe, securing the exhaust, and reinstalling all the undercarriage trays and engine covers. The video wraps up with the car safely lowered back to the ground, now fully DPF and SCR deleted and running strong on the Stage 2 tune.
