Have a wonderful day! 🐟 1 kg hake 🥔 1 kg potatoes 🧅 80 g onion 🥚 6 eggs 🧂 Salt to taste 🍋 A squeeze of lemon juice Extra virgin olive oil 🍶 A splash of vinegar 🌿 Bay leaf, peppercorns 🥄 Mayonnaise to taste 💧 A little of the cooking broth 👉 STEP BY STEP 1️⃣ Boil the eggs 🥚 for 10 minutes. 2️⃣ In a pot with water, bay leaf, peppercorns, and salt, cook the hake over medium-low heat until tender 🐟. 3️⃣ Remove the hake and add the chopped potatoes 🥔 to the same water. 4️⃣ Clean the hake, removing any bones, and carefully flake it. 5️⃣ In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, the hake, the eggs (reserve some yolks), the chopped onion, and the mayonnaise. 6️⃣ Add a drizzle of oil, vinegar, and lemon juice 🍋.
