Have I always been frugal?

In this video I try and answer a viewer's question as to whether I have always been frugal. Yes, I've always had to watch the pennies ... and I've tried to be intentional, wise and careful with my rersources ... even if I haven't always succeded ... but like everything else, frugality has been a journey that has brought me to where I am today. I have never been able to be frivolous with what I have, but I wouldn;t say that has meant I have enjoyed my life any less.
