Is it possible to get everything done in a single day in the countryside? Today, we’re showing you our true pace! Our morning started with the basics: planting vegetables in the garden. Thanks to Mom Anya and the kids, the radish, carrots, and onions are finally in the soil. But there’s no time for rest because a major project is calling! Roman and Viktoria spent the day working with our truck, transporting materials for a big new milestone — the construction of our new large family house. It’s a dream we’ve been working toward for a long time, and today we finally took the first big step. At the same time, Roza is creating beauty with her own hands. She finished her project of building stone steps near her house, carefully laying down flat natural stones she gathered. The result looks amazing! The reward for such a hardworking day was a cozy and delicious evening. Viktoria surprised everyone with "Verhuny" (traditional crispy pastry), and for dinner, we organized a real family masterclass in making "Varenyky" (dumplings) with potatoes. Roman, Sashko, and Viktoria all joined in to help. Later, Roza and little Sofiyka came over, and we all gathered around the big table. Village life isn't just about hard manual labor; it’s about the warmest evenings spent with the people you love.
