We build a communal home to stay flexible.
We want roots without losing our freedom on the road. After living in a camper van, we decided to buy a hurricane-damaged property in Florida to build a communal living space, and intentionally gave up some of our independence to see what would happen. Now that the house is finished, the roommates have moved in, and we’re heading back out on the road, we’re asking a new question: Can freedom and roots coexist? In this episode, we reflect on what got us here and the experiment so far. If you enjoy sharing the road with us and want to support our journey: • Fuel the van or buy us a coffee: https://www.venmo.com/u/burnthescript • Wear a piece of our lifestyle: https://burnthescript-shop.fourthwall...
