Sony SLHF1000 Betamax No Video component level repair
This one came in with no video. Would have been much simpler if someone had not gotten into the tape path and ace head azimuth adjustments. Fixing a fault is one thing, correcting alignment caused by someone else just eats up much more time than would have been required for the original fault. The DMM and silly scope had to be broke out for this one. Electron chasing.... mmmmm marvelous.
