Ginger Garlic Paste .Red Chilli Powder .Turmeric Powder . Coriander Powder . Cumin Powder . Garam Masala . Salt Method: Mix all spices with lemon juice and ginger garlic paste to prepare the marinade Coat the fish generously and marinate for at least 30 minutes Heat oil in a pan over medium flame Place fish pieces in a single layer Fry undisturbed until first side is golden and crisp Flip and fry the other side until equally golden and cooked through Plate and garnish with onion slices, lemon and chopped coriander Serve hot!
