Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with bold spicy flavours, this classic South Indian chicken starter is easy to make with simple ingredients. Perfect for parties, evening snacks, family gatherings, or as a delicious appetizer. 🍗🔥 For the Marinade: Boneless Chicken Lemon juice Ginger-garlic paste Red Chili Powder Turmeric Powder Salt Garam masala Black Pepper Cumin powder Curd Coriander powder, Corn flour Flour Egg Food colour Oil for Deep Frying Curd soya sauce green chilli sauce red chilli sauces tomato sauces vinegar For Tempering Oil garlic (finely chopped) green chillies curry leaves mixture Method: Mix all marinade ingredients with chicken until well coated Marinate for at least 30 minutes (2 hours for best flavour) Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan or kadhai over medium high heat Fry chicken in batches 4–6 minutes until golden brown. Heat oil in another pan. Sauté garlic until fragrant Add gralic chopped, green chillies and curry leaves Add salt and mixture Toss fried chicken in the tempering until evenly coated Serve hot with onion ring, lemon wedges, or mint chutney! Pro Tips: — Marinate minimum 2 hours for maximum flavour — Rice flour + cornflour combo gives extra crispiness — Fry in batches — never overcrowd the pan — Curry leaves tempering is the secret to authentic Chicken 65!
