Bishop Tshalo Katshunga Word of God: Meaningful Work ~ Work while it’s still day There’s a sense of urgency to the topic, and God doesn’t hurry people us without seeing that something is coming Welcome to the world of work John 9:1-4 NIV [1] As he went along, he saw a man blind from birth. [2] His disciples asked him, “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?” [3] “Neither this man nor his parents sinned,” said Jesus, “but this happened so that the works of God might be displayed in him. [4] As long as it is day, we must do the works of him who sent me. Night is coming, when no one can work. There must come a time where we stop asking questions and we start doing something about the situation Meaningful work There’s meaningless and meaningful work spoken about in the Bible How do you know that you are doing meaningful work? •What is the state of your environment after your intervention?
