Riding the Western and Colombia Rail Trail BC
This is just a fantastic ride, either direction. Highly recommended. Scenic, well groomed, and spectacular. It took us quite a while (time-wise) even though we were monitoring bad weather ahead for our Monday return to Calgary, this segment exceeded our expectations. In fact, it was so enjoyable I went back and rode it 2 months later. The ice cold lemonade at the A&W in Castlegar was fantastic. We then rode to the Balfour Ferry, with some rain, and rode Gray Creek Pass to Kimberley arriving about 9:30 pm. A CB500X, T7, and TransAlp. Doug at [email protected]
