why do we feel so small... and so important?

We look at the stars and wonder, Why would Allah create all of this for someone like me? Yet when it comes to our own desires, opinions, and expectations of others, we can begin to feel as though the world owes us something. How can both be true? In this reflection, we explore the balance the Qur'an teaches us: to humble ourselves completely before Allah while recognizing the incredible honor He has already bestowed upon humanity. From the signs scattered across the horizons to the signs within our own bodies, every part of creation points us back to Him. May Allah grant us hearts that are humble before Him, grateful for His countless blessings, and free from arrogance and entitlement. آمين.
