Please subscribe    / @currieswithbumbi   The ingredients for this recipe: 1.5 kilo/3.3 lb chicken with bones 2 medium onions (0.65lb) 1 1/2 inch length & 1 inch wide ginger 7 cloves of garlic Plain yogurt/curd- 1 cup coriander powder/dhania powder- 1 tablespoon kashmiri red chilli powder/paprika-1 tablespoon.Kashmiri red chilli powder has mild heat but still can be overwhelming for some people. Garam Masala powder (link to recipe given below)- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder/haldi- 1/2 teaspoon Kewra Water- 1 teaspoon/Kewra essence 2 drops only. Kewra water or essence is optional. Tomato paste- 1 tablespoon/tomato puree - 2 tablespoon/ you can blend one tomato in your blender and add it. oil/ghee- 1/4th cup or 4 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon for marination salt- 1 1/2 teaspoons water- 1/2 to 1 cup Nutmeg - 1/4th teaspoon Mace - 1/4th teaspoon **Taste the dish at the end,if it tastes bit sour (as sometimes yogurt is sour), then add 1 teaspoon of sugar.
