Honda GL1000 Driveshaft Replacement
Replacement of the Honda GL1000 swing arm assembly on a 1976 GoldWing. A comprehensive video showing all of the steps. There are a few narration bloopers but I am sure you can see around them. The driveshaft u-joint broke after about 250,000 miles. It was showing signs of slop before this happened but I did not change it in time. Do not let this happen to you as you may become stranded for many hours and ruin your entire day. This video shows replacement of an entire swing arm assembly because I was able to buy the swing arm with the driveshaft for less than half of the price of the shaft alone. ($60 including shipping) I hope this video helps others in the same way so many YouTube videos have helped me. Greg Kennedy
