Final Drive Destruction Part 6: Cleaning and Reinstalling The Rear Differential and Tire
Thankfully I had a spare differential that came with the bike when I bought it. Part of the destruction to the rear end of the bike was that the splines in the ring gear were destroyed. The only issue with my spare differential was that the pinion cup needed to be replaced. In this video I swap out the pinion cup from one differential to the other, replaced all of the O-Rings and the thrust washer in the rear drive, and got it all back together so that it is now rolling again.
