On April 18, 2026, at the request of the Kyivavtodor Commercial Court, the RDS Group of Companies began major repairs of Lobanovsky Avenue within the Solomyansky District. The total repair area: from Sevastopolskaya Pl. to the intersection with Kholodnoyarskaya St. inclusive. Currently, work is underway on a section of the even-numbered side of the street with a length of 640 m. from A. Golovka St. towards Sevastoposkaya Pl. The current section of repair of the odd-numbered side of the street from Golovka and just before reaching Braty Zerovykh is already asphalted with an intermediate layer of asphalt concrete and cars are moving on it. There are restrictions and there is no new ABS only on a small section near Barka, because they are repairing household sewage there. Now the work has moved to the even-numbered side. So far, without complete traffic closure: almost from Golovka to Barka, one extreme lane has been fenced off. There, curbs are being replaced, including exits from yards and adjacent streets. Between the intersections with Oleksiivska and Ovsiyenko, they have begun repairing an underpass. Dismantling work is currently underway there. But the passage is open to pedestrians, and the work area is fenced off. In addition to repairing the roadway of the avenue, the overhaul will replace the lighting system, repair 5 underpasses and one overpass, partially replace/repair utility networks, and install new sidewalks and a separate bike path on the odd-numbered side of the street.
