The second edition of Tascologia was exactly what we imagined. More than 200 people gathered in Soutelo, Albergaria-a-Velha, for an afternoon of fire, food, and conviviality. We had freshly baked bread from the wood-fired oven, ribeye steak, veal and mushroom rice, sausage rice, pork loin, pork sandwiches, octopus rice, grilled cuttlefish, fish soup, farmer's pasta, and ham sliced ​​on the spot by Tiago from Tasca do Paiol.
