The second edition of Tascologia was exactly what we imagined. More than 200 people gathered in Soutelo, Albergaria-a-Velha, for an afternoon of fire, food, and conviviality. We had freshly baked bread from the wood-fired oven, ribeye steak, veal and mushroom rice, sausage rice, pork loin, pork sandwiches, octopus rice, grilled cuttlefish, fish soup, farmer's pasta, and ham sliced on the spot by Tiago from Tasca do Paiol. But the best part is that we managed to make a difference. Together, we donated 1,750 kilos of pet food to the Albergaria-a-Velha Animal Association.
