🍜 This Portland Food Cart BLEW Me Away! 🤯 Best Lao, Khmer & Thai Food in Oregon!

If you're visiting Portland, Oregon, make sure @goldentrianglepdx is at the top of your food list! Located at the Heist Food Cart Pod, Golden Triangle serves some of the best Lao, Khmer (Cambodian), and Thai food you'll ever taste. My brother La and I ordered the beef salad, chicken wings, chicken laap, and nam khao, and the chef even surprised us with a few of their most popular dishes. Every bite was packed with incredible flavor, but the salt and pepper soft-shell crab completely stole the show. It was crispy, perfectly seasoned, and easily one of the best dishes I had in Portland. If you're looking for authentic Lao food, Cambodian food, Thai food, or the best food carts in Portland, Golden Triangle is an absolute must-visit.
