Portland's BEST Phnom Penh Noodles?! This Place Blew Me Away! 🍜🔥

After landing in Portland, Oregon, the very first thing I was craving was Kuy Teav Phnom Penh (Phnom Penh Noodles). My brother La and Narinden recommended Mekha, a Vietnamese-Khmer restaurant on Sandy Blvd, and I'm so glad they did! The Phnom Penh Noodles here are honestly some of the best I've ever had. They are without question the best I've had in Oregon. The flavors, broth, and perfectly cooked noodles made this an unforgettable meal. I already can't wait to come back and try more from their menu. Beyond the incredible food, Mekha delivered outstanding customer service, a welcoming atmosphere, and beautiful decor that made the entire dining experience even better.
