A Week In The Life In My Sourdough Microbakery

This week I got a comment on YouTube that I need to post more and I don't think people realize how hard it is to be a full-time sourdough microbaker at this scale and content creator. I hope after watching this video, you get just a small glimpse into what goes into prepping for a huge pop-up market of this size. I never glamorize my job, because the truth is, it's one of the hardest jobs I have ever had. Yes, even being a waitress for 50+ hours a week was easier than this! This week I hit 14K subscribers on YouTube and I don't think you realize how much this means to me. When you watch my content and engage, that allows me to spend more time with my family. I am approaching the slow season in FL (summers are long and hot and a huge percentage of our population are snowbirds), so I intend to carve out more time for content.
