Shibata Citizens Love Local Cuisine: A Deep Look into Local Gourmet Food ■Broadcast on Saturday, July 27, 2019 UX is working on the "Prefecture Exploration Project," a company-wide initiative to uncover the charms of 30 cities and towns in Niigata Prefecture. "Marudori!" (Saturdays, 9:30 AM) launched the "Marudori Prefecture Exploration Department," which seeks out gourmet foods that locals boast and recommend, and then uses that knowledge to explore the unique characteristics of each region.
