二人でできる足指体操-Toe Exercises for Two
This is a toe stretching exercise for two people facing each other. Shake hands firmly and slowly stretch sideways. The handshake alone is enough to stretch the toes, but if you add some movement, you can stretch the toes even more for a more comfortable exercise. It is very easy to do, so try it with your partner or your child.
