my entry for the first vocalsynth cover contest!!!! ok so i know youre all wondering why it took me 5 months to upload this cover and like 5 months to upload again at all. i was originally hoping to upload this sometime in february/march... but various things got in the way of that and now its april yay!??????? i wanted to test out making a fully original mv again but nope. nuh uh. not trying that lol. I was planning on uploading a song for vocagathering, but I wasn't able to finish the MV in time, so i'm planning on spending more time polishing the video for this. if anyone reading this has an opinion on it... should I release the song on soundcloud first? I have quite a few originals I have yet to release... and with that being said, I should say that this channel will definitely pivot more into original songs and arrangements/remixes, and a lot of my older covers will be unlisted as a result. I don't like deleting old content, since I think its nice to see where someone started from. So I don't want anyone really worrying about my videos or songs being privated or deleted (but you know what they say. nothing stays on the internet forever.....despite what they say) I will still be making covers, but I've decided to focus on the quality of the visual component of my videos as well, which means that uploads will likely be slower (as you can tell. lol), but will have a lot more effort put into them!! However, as a result of me beginning to make more originals, there will inevitably be significantly less covers than before. I've honestly lost quite a bit of motivation to make covers, but thats mainly because its gone towards originals and arrangements! I think the english vocalsynth scene is entering a kind of renaissance, and I want to take advantage of this while I can!! So you'll probably be seeing me around in some vocalsynth related projects here and there!! we're entering a new era of shino ataya........... Anyways thank you for reading this far!!
