On the coast of Veracruz, there is one of the most valuable National Parks in Mexico: The Veracruz Reef System, home to more than a thousand species of animals. The corals stand out, which form reefs that have protected the Port of Veracruz from hurricanes and foreign invasions. However, humans are destroying this precious ecosystem.
