I realized that mindless "bulking" is a dead end. At 19: Graduated from the Fitness Professionals Association (FPA) and found work as a personal trainer. At 21: Transitioned to strength training. Won the Moscow Deadlift Championship (pulled 215 kg at a bodyweight of 82.5 kg). Achieved the Candidate for Master of Sports standard. At 21: Due to overtraining, suffered a severe injury – a partial tear of the biceps femoris. At 22: Rebuilt my approach to training and nutrition from scratch. Competed at the Arnold Classic and became the Absolute Champion. At 24: Fully immersed myself in coaching and body engineering. My students are becoming new individuals, and I am creating the "Slider Method" for men over 30. At 31: Created the most advanced system for restoring male vitality. I am preparing to become a father and understand that a man's main mission is to be a reliable, strong support for his family. Today: My mission is to pull men out of a state of "eternal fatigue."
