BRITISH RAILWAYS IN THE 1990's Polmadie Depot and Mainline (Glasgow) on 8th May 1991 Continuing with my archive of video recording between the years of 1986 to 2001 this clip is of Polmadie Depot taken on 08/05/1991. With the very kind permission of the Depot Supervisor I was permitted to spend a few hours in the staff car park to capture the busy scene here including the mainlines into and out of Glasgow Central Station near Rutherglen. Many types of traction are seen especially the fading class 26s. Please enjoy and I hope the video takes you back to this period with fond memories.
