Stiffys Camp Oven Wild Roast Duck | Field to Feast 🦆🔥

Join me back at Stiffys Camp for another Field to Feast adventure. The mission was simple: find a wild duck during the open season and cook it in the camp oven over the fire. It took a lot more effort than expected, with plenty of missed opportunities before I finally managed to harvest one. Back at camp I prepared the duck with a honey soy and herb baste, then roasted it in the camp oven with vegetables until beautifully golden and tender. This is what I love most about the outdoors — the challenge of the hunt, the peace of camp, and sharing a proper bush-cooked meal at the end of the day.
