Alice and Hatter - Taking Chances

Hello Everyone! I actually got this one done fairly quickly for it being a little complex. I used 3 types of footage to create this video and I do hope you all like it cause it was fun to make. This song I think fits Alice and Hatter perfectly. I wanted to do a music video to "Alice" and at first I thought of another Celine Dion song from the film "Bicentennial Man" because of its futuristic qualities and the song is beautiful, but when I listened to "Taking Chances" I knew it was a better fit. Although, I didn't remember the video that was done with this song, but once I saw it I couldn't believe how many references of "Alice" was in her video. I know there is a Glee version of this song out there and I am sorry to any Glee fans, but it wasn't going to work for what I was trying to create. But, I then heard Platinum Weird's version and loved it as well. I know you are probably like who? Well, Kara DioGuardi (from American Idol, although I don't really watch that show) is the singer to the band and she is amazing. This is her song that she wrote and if you have time I suggest listening to her other songs so many have been done by other artists. She is very talented. So I knew I liked both versions, because well Celine has an amazing voice and her video screamed "Alice" and then Kara has so much meaning behind those words and her voice is so soulful. I was torn, but when I found a version of the song with both of them together I knew I had to do this even if this video maybe complicated. Celine sings Alice's POV and Kara sings Hatter POV for the most part. I also tried to stay as close as I could to the lyrics. And I tried to show as much as I could of the similarities between Celine's video and "Alice." It is a lot I know. But, I am kinda proud of this one. So if anyone has read this far well you get bonus points and if you do then look for the similarities between the videos.
