Rolling to relieve lower back pain

Learn how to roll from the back to the side and relieve your lower back. This is one of my favourite Feldenkrais Lesson which I often use at the end of a long day to help 're-set' my back muscles. Its quite a simple lesson and a lot of fun to do. Important medical information which you should read before undertaking the lesson: Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. These lessons are not intended to diagnose any medical condition or to replace your healthcare professional. Consult with your healthcare professional to design an appropriate exercise prescription. If you experience any pain or difficulty with these exercises, stop and consult your healthcare provider. If you experience any symptoms of weakness, unsteadiness, light-headedness or dizziness, chest pain or pressure, nausea, or shortness of breath. Mild soreness after exercise may be experienced after beginning a new exercise. Contact your physician if the soreness does not improve after 2-3 days.
