SM025- Pulled Pork in a Cookshack Smokette

Cookshack President & CEO, Stuart Powell smokes pork shoulder roast in a Cookshack Smokette model SM025. He injects the pork with Butcher BBQ Pork Injection to add flavor and keep moist and adds Cookshack Rib Rub to create a flavorful bark on the outside of the roast.
