[ 10.13.2024 ] Green Narrows 2.0 - Drone View - Hurricane Helene's Changes to the Narrows

I went in with the drone and got as much of the Green Narrows as possible. I barely got Frank's (sorry, no footage of Bride). This video is long and intended for scouting purposes. Pretty much everything about this river has changed. Seeing it in person is a true gut punch. However, the rocks are as if someone went in with bleach and cleaned all of them, which is a beautiful thing. While we all mourn the loss of what was for many kayakers a favorite and sacred gorge, we must embrace the new and expect things in here to change for years to come while rocks and sediment shift to become stable. I fully expect a Green Narrows 3.0. I have tried to name the rapids. If I made a mistake, please let me know and I will correct it.
