SANDBAG Workout // Lower Body and Core
Today's sandbag workout focuses more on the lower body and core (hams, glutes, quads. Lower back, abs & oblique with a touch of work on the front delts). 1) Wood Chopper (left side) 2) Wood Chopper (right side) 3) One - legged RDL to Lunge (right leg) 4) One - legged RDL to Lunge (left leg) 5) High Pull + Squat 6) Floor Wipers Perform each exercise for 40 seconds followed by 20 seconds rest. Rest one minute between rounds and repeat for three rounds.
