I Made a Bordeaux-Inspired Blueberry Wine at Home (All Steps in One Video)!

In this video I will show you step-by-step how make an awesome Bordeaux inspired blueberry wine. The video is a little longer to include ALL steps but this may be my favorite non-desert blueberry wine yet! RECIPE (All items are located in my Amazon Store – link below) Initial Must -2.50 Gallon Water -15lbs Blueberry -2300g Sugar -Yeast BDX (24 hours later) + 5g Go-Ferm /600g Sugar to bring back diluted ABV% -1.5 tsp Pectic Enzyme -4.5g FT Rouge Wine Tannin -3 Campden Tablets -3g Opti-Red 4.5g Tartaric Acid During-Fermenation -2.5g Fermaide k (after yeast pitch, 24hr & 72hr) Backsweeten Stabilization 24hr before bottling *15.21% ABV -1.5tsp Potassium Sorbate -3 Campden Tablet OFF-DRY WINE -200g Sugar *.984 S.G. to .992 F.G. or +8 points of sweetness --- **UPDATE: On 05/18/26 I determined my hydrometer is not holding a proper calibration. I checked and it is 16 points off (too low)! Here are the corrected numbers: *1.000 to 1.008 F.G. SEMI-SWEET WINE -150g Sugar *.984 S.G to 1.000 F.G +8 points of sweetness from OFF-DRY --- Here are the corrected numbers (see above for explanation): *1.008 to 1.016 F.G.
