Carving a Walking Stick
Welcome back! This walking stick has everything... wood spirit, Celtic knot, citrine crystals, paracord wrap, hand carving, power carving. This was a contract stick and the client wanted it all. Took a bit of time to create but came out better than I expected. The wood that I had found in the forest really showed its beauty, it has great lines, spalting, worm holes and good color. Filled in the larger holes and small checks with black tinted epoxy and it all came together really well. Let me know what you think of this one. Its on its way to Ohio and hopefully it meets the clients expectations.
