One of the Busiest Crossings in the UK - Cheshunt Level Crossing, Hertfordshire

Cheshunt Level Crossing, Cheshunt, Hertfordshire on the West Anglia Main Line and Lea Valley Lines. Location: Windmill Lane, Cheshunt Date Filmed: 20-06-2019 - Nearest Station: Cheshunt - Trains: Class 317 (Greater Anglia) Class 379 (Greater Anglia) Also known as Windmill Lane Level Crossing. This crossing is one of the busiest level crossings in the UK, with over 20 rail movements every hour. This equates to a train every 3 minutes. When I was here, the level crossing spent the majority of its time lowered. There are two large footbridges over the railway; one at the station and one next to the crossing. The road over the crossing leads to the River Lee Country Park. One of the alarms is faulty. There are also police trespass warning signs, with 'no trespassing' in multiple languages. Thanks For Watching!
