🤍Putting imitation silver leaf on an acrylic poured painting…now THAT was fun☑️

Welcome to my channel thank you for joining me today. In this video I am applying Imitation Silver leaf.  I am going to talk through the entire process and I hope that this will help you if you decide to try it. It’s a lot of fun and I’m having a great time with both gold and silver leafing on various paintings that I’m working on right now - this being one of them. I think you will too. This is a 10 x 20 gallery wrapped canvas From Michael’s store that I had poured on quite some time ago. I let it be for a long time because I knew It needed something but I didn’t know what at the time. Supplies used are: Imitation silver leaf metal Mona Lisa adhesive and Mona Lisa metal leaf sealant Various brushes of various sizes depending on how thick I wanted the silver to be. A make up brush Goat hair brushes - Various sizes made to remove the silver leaving. Very soft brushes from Michael’s for applying the sealant. #canvasartwork #silverleaf
