The Heart of DMC

We surprised several of our teachers by placing in their hands heartfelt letters written by students — words of gratitude, encouragement, and testimony about the lasting impact those teachers have made in their lives. As the teachers read the letters aloud, their reactions reminded all of us why this mission matters so much. Behind every classroom is a student who feels seen. Behind every lesson is a relationship that points a young person toward confidence, purpose, and faith. Behind every teacher is a calling to invest in lives in ways that reach far beyond academics.
