Avery's Story | Active Consulting

Avery received services from Benchmark's Active Consulting program. Prior to her involvement in this program, Avery spent 45 days in acute care, with six acute hospitalizations. Benchmark Human Services provided support for Avery as she transitioned into foster care and was eventually adopted. Today, she is going to school, fully participating in her community, and enjoying life with her adoptive mother, Michelle!
