We constantly hear about the vast array of tools that information and communication technologies have made available to everyone to facilitate collaboration and cooperation, to aid teamwork. However, the most important factor for success is not this technological dimension, but rather the human and social dimension. Technology is an enabler, but the real differentiating element is the individual. Isaac Hernández is originally from Tenerife. He studied Telecommunications Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He also holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School and a Master's in General Management from IESE Business School. In his 25 years of professional experience, he has worked at companies such as Microsoft and Vodafone, holding various management positions at the executive committee level, both in Spain and in other countries in Latin America and Europe. He is currently the Country Manager for Google for Work, the Google division specializing in technologies that leverage the cloud and mobility to help companies digitally transform.
