Chinese Fried Meatballs 炸肉丸子 | Simple and Delicious Homecooked dish 简单快捷的家常菜 Hey everyone, welcome back to g8stromania. Today, we are going to to be sharing a recipe on Chinese meatballs. This is a common homecooked dish locally. Simple and delicious recipe that doesn't take much time to prepare. For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients: 500g Minced Pork 50g Carrot 50g Turnips 6 Shallots 1 spring onions 3 Butter Crackers Seasoning 0.5 tbsp light soy sauce 0.5 tsp salt 0.5 tbsp cooking wine 0.5 tbsp Sesame Oil 0.5 tsp white pepper powder 1 egg 2 tsp corn starch powder Steps: 1. Dice everything. 2. Season meat, then add in the diced vegetables 3. Refrigerate at least 1 hour, then fry. 4. Double fry until golden brown. 5. Serve!
