Seasonings: 1 tablespoon wine, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons vegetarian oyster sauce, a pinch of pepper, a pinch of sugar. Instructions: 1. Wash the shark fins with 1 tablespoon of flour to remove any fishy smell and absorb impurities. 2. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut open the membrane at the tip of the shark fin. Then, use your thumb to push forward to the joint, break the joint bone, and twist and pull out the V-shaped small bone. 3. Mix the seasonings well and marinate the deboned shark fins for about 20 minutes. 4. Remove the shark fins, stuff them with an appropriate amount of rice, and seal with candied hawthorn berries. 4. Arrange in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius (390 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake for about 12 minutes, or until golden brown (brush with sauce again halfway through the baking time). 5.
