At 30, I Started Enjoying Being Alone
I have no plans. Not many friends to meet. At one point in my life, I thought weekends like this sounded lonely. Now, at 30, I see them differently. Living with a roommate doesn’t mean I’m never alone. Sometimes, the quiet moments are the ones I value most. This is how I spend an ordinary day off in Japan. A slow morning, a simple breakfast, a walk through the neighborhood, and time to recharge before another workweek. Nothing exciting happens today. But maybe that’s exactly why I enjoy it. If you’ve ever learned to appreciate quiet moments, I’d love to hear your story in the comments. Thank you for watching.🗼
