If cutting kernels off the cob, use a small sharp knife to remove the kernels from the cobs, scrape the cobs to get the corn juice out, add to freezer bags, lay flat and stack bags, place in freezer. How We Make Fried Corn 1/2 stick butter 3-4 cups corn 1/4 cup water Couple large pinches of salt 2 Tablespoons sugar, optional Using a large skillet, melt butter before adding corn, water, and salt.
