We spend at least 35 hours a week at work, if we're "lucky" enough to have a job. It's central to our lives, our relationships, and the way our societies function. And yet, companies are highly authoritarian spaces. And the larger your organization, the more hierarchical its structure will be. Like citizens in politics, employees have little say in how companies operate. However, another model is possible and already exists in thousands of cooperatives, such as those in the Licoornes network.
