But today, we’ll be classing up the typical keto cake recipe to create… well, I would call it a keto strawberry shortcake, except there is nothing that this cake is short on… Got it! Thank you for your support! ########################################### For the ultra low carb cake: Butter, melted Coconut flour OR Almond flour Baking powder Erythritol sweetener Egg Vanilla Cinnamon For the frosting, you’ll need: Cream cheese, softened Butter, softened Heavy whipping cream Vanilla Cinnamon Layer the pieces of cake with frosting and sliced fresh strawberries in between.
