Building a Custom Solar Arch for our Sailboat - Mistakes & Progress [2.40]

We're finally starting work on our custom solar arch for the sailboat! In this episode, we build the main structure using welded bends, cut and fit horizontal pipes, and tackle a few unexpected mistakes along the way. We also add dinghy davits and begin reinforcing the arch with smaller support pipes. Then it’s time for a test fit on the boat to see how everything lines up—still just tack welded for now, but it’s really starting to take shape!
