Hi friends, so this week I decided to do a Mary's Mini! What's a Mary's Mini? Well, the short explanation is you pick a starch (potatoes, rices, grain, quinoa, corn) and you eat that at every meal along with adding non starchy yellow and green vegetables. You can have some condiments which include, vegetable broth, salsa, mustard, ketchup sriracha, hot sauce, nutritional yeast and soy sauce. Everything else is not permitted. This is not a diet, this is a reset. It gives you a chance to reset your taste buds and habits. It suppose to make eating so boring that you only eat when you are truly hungry and not when your bored or stressed.
